Here's a short one as a taster:
If you have a favourite band, why not try freewriting starting with the name of one of the members? If the name on its own doesn't inspire you: Matthew, Kian, Sam, Lily, Billie, Alex, Simon, Lee - why not look up its meaning and see if you can freewrite from there...
